Hello,

I noticed that when I get a referral signup, it not always visible in the PTP stats. For example this week I already have 3 signups, but I can see only 1 in the stats. Also, last week I received more signups that was not added to the counter. What could be the reason, and is it possible to fix this?

Hello,
Can be many reasons why this could happen.
Normaly it may have with the source of your referral link or where is being advertise.
On this case we need to check manual , and update the ptp Leader Board.
This could be done only for the current week.

I have received another 2 signups today that has not been added in the stats. Could you fix that too? And should I write a support ticket in such case, or it is okay to claim it here?

Hello,

The ptp leader board was updated.
You can open a support ticket for next time.
Can be faster for us to solve the issue.
