Regards, I'm trying to request payment, but I'm having problems. Or I can’t open a withdraw, and now it tells me I have to have a minimum of 50 points, and I have more than 50. Can you tell me what the problem is?

Hello,
We look into your acount, and you do not have 50 cashout points .
You have 50 points .
There is a Diference between cashout points and points system .
To earn cashout points , you can look into your dashboard on left side and click on " Earn cashout points"
